For purchases over AU$70, standard shipping is free in Australia.
For purchases under AU$70, a flat rate delivery fee of AU$7.99 applies for standard shipping.

 

 

  • Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

 International shipping 

  • All international orders are sent via Australia Post Courier. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and the destination of your order. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the first stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. A shipping cost estimate can also be given after adding product to shopping cart.

Re-delivery Charges

  • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Price:
All prices on this site are Australian dollars. We only accept payment in Australian dollars. The exchange rate will be varied upon the daily rate charges by your credit card company. We do not responsible to currency rating.

Order Confirmation
For all the Shop Online, we must receive the money from the Paypal account before we can post the goods. You may receive an email confirmation about the order, but it doesn’t mean the order is confirmed until the fund is cleared.

Delivery Times

  • Glimlife will make every effort to deliver on time, approx. 3-10 working days (international order will take longer time).
  • Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the order will be taken to local Post Office for pickup. No further attempts will be made to deliver directly to the delivery address.
  • We do not accept PO Box address if there is difficulty to delivery with the nominated address. Email will be sent to request alternative delivery address.
  • Delivery times exclude Merchant’s order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).
  • Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel
  • In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Glimlife.
Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.

Online Pricing
All prices listed on the web site are for internet orders only. Although this web site is affiliated with a retail store by the same name, the website operated as a separate business unit, with its own costs and pricing structure. For this reason stock on our website is offered at different prices to that in the stores.Therefore:

  • Prices advertised on the website are not the prices available in the retail store.
  • Prices available in retail store will not be matched by the website.

Cancellation & Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee for POWEROLL products to help new customers try our products with confidence. To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:

  • Use the product consistently for at least 2 weeks
  • Provide a photo of the remaining product
  • Return the unused portion in its original packaging

This 30-day conditional money-back guarantee is designed for first-time product trials and does not apply to change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are limited to one per customer, verified via shipping address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

Change of Mind

We do not accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind purchases at any time.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on supplements, food, beverages, or other consumable products, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons outside our control (including incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailable, or failure to collect from the carrier) and is returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply.
Redelivery will be arranged once the correct details are confirmed and the additional shipping cost is paid.

Damaged Parcels in Transit & Consumer Rights

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Minor damage to outer packaging may occur during transit. If the product inside is unaffected, safe, and usable, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • is faulty, unsafe, unusable or defective
  • is not as described
  • is not of acceptable quality

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver with:

  • clear photos of the issue
  • order number
  • description of the issue

We will replace the produc at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service team.

Price Variation
Glimlife may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers.
In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Glimlife, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

Stock Availability
If a product is not listed or marked as Out of Stock on the website then it not available for sale with online orders.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

For international orders, prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

The customer (recipient) is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, including the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required for the importation of the products.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are outside of our control. We do not provide estimates or guarantees regarding such charges.

If customs duties or import charges are not paid and the shipment is refused, delayed, or returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund; or
  • Withhold refunds where such costs exceed the order value.
